Semi-detached 3 bedroom house (culdisac), 3 miles approx from Wisbech. Small village with one convenience shop, post office,childrens park, excellent primary and secondary school and 2 small pubs all within walking distance.Surrounded by fields, enclosed garden (58ft long x 31ft wide) and front garden with drive (space for 2 cars). Due to be upgraded ie.....new bathroom, kitchen,doors and windows 2007/09 Quiet area, neighbours are lovely, most houses have been bought. Oil central heating and DG. Does need decorating and new carpets. Room sizes are:-- Front room 22ft x 12ft approx, kitchen 10.5ft x 8ft approx, Shed/utility with light and window 7ft x 7ft approx, Hall 10ft x 9ft approx, Bathroom 7ft x 6ft approx, Front double bedroom 12ft x 10ft Back double bedroom 10ft x 12ft approx, Front Single bedroom 8ft x 8ft. The 2 biggest bedrooms have built in wardrobes and there is an airing cupboard in the bathroom. There is also a toilet downstairs in the outhouse attached to the kitchen, next door to the shed and a walk in cupboard . Open fire in the front/dining room.

We would like a large 3 bedroom house with an extra downstairs room to be made into a bedroom or a 4 bedroom house,with a downstairs toilet, and a med/lge enclosed garden, any areas of Stamford,Whittlesey,Eye,Holme,Sutton St Edmunds,Huntingdon,St Neots, Boston,Cambridge or within 30 miles Peterborough. Prefer Semi rural/rural and off road parking/drive. |
