I have a large 1 bedroom basement flat in Notting Hill, West London. Housing Association property, £95.99/week.
Small front pebbled garden & medium-sized maintained grassed secure back garden. Flat recently completely refurbished '06-'07, new kitchen & boiler.
Own entrance & security gate, quiet residential street, good neighbours, close to all ameneties, public transport & Portobello Market only 5min walk.
I'm looking for 1/2 bedroom flat/house with a secure garden on Kent coast, town or rural. Serious swap. Thanks Very Happy
