We have a very large two bedroom Victorian maisonette on the ground a first floors in a quiet square in Islington. The house has two large double bedrooms with a newly decorated bathroom and separate WC. There is a large living room with two French Windows opening onto a balcony overlooking a park. The balcony is large enough for table and chairs and a barbeque. There is a recently redecorated fully fitted kitchen.

The house is only a few minutes walk from both Highbury and Islington and Caledonian Road tube stations. Schools and shops are also within walking distance.

The house is part of the Circle 33 housing association and comes with a secure tenancy. The rent is £406 per month.

We are recently married and are looking for a fresh start together. We are keen to move soon and would like a minimum two bedroom house with garden anywhere in London, although we would consider further afield providing there are good commuter transport links into the city.
