i have a good size 2 bed house thats 6 years old. nicely decorated, double driveway, double glazed, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with toilet, laminet all way through. need to get closer to le5 due to family support and pregant , can be 2 or 3 bedroom not fussed. cash offered as desperate to move. its a nice quiet area and would love to stay but have no choice to move.
