3 bedroom semi detached house, doubble glazed, gas central heating, loft & cavity walls recently insulated, Nuair system fitted in loft. Front & back garden with hardstand. Outside shed.
semi rural area only one route into and out of old miners village, very quiet no theft or noise or trouble of any sort, excellent neighbours, vey nice childrens playground in village, bus stop 15 yards from house, nice quiet village pub.
Sirhowy Walk & Cycle Path directly opposite house leading to cafe and barbecue/picnic area.
No houses in front or back, surrounded by woodlands.
