Hi I'm Sarah-Jane
2/3 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH GARDEN WANTED IN EXCHANGE FOR A LARGE TOWN CENTRE 1 BEDROOM FLAT
I have a lovely one bed flat (Windsor Housing Assoc.) bang in town centre of Windsor (just off Peascod Street). It was a new build 6 years ago and I have been the only tenant. The living room is large. Bathroom is also a good size and kitchen and double bedroom are also decent sized. Have two storage cupboards (one medium sized and one very good sized). There is laminate flooring throughout with white tiles in the bathroom. I am on the 2nd floor (there is a lift). My neighbours are very friendly and quiet.

I have really loved living in this flat (fantastic living right in the town centre- so close to the shops and transport links etc) and would'nt choose to move apart from the fact I now have a 3 year old boy and dream of him having his own bedroom and a garden to play in. I would ideally like to stay in Windsor.
