WANT TO MOVE FROM ISLE OF WIGHT TO THANET OR AREAS CLOSE BY

We have a 3 bed semi in a lovely part of the Isle of Wight. The village has a shop, garage, pub, nursery and infant school all within walking distance.

The house has no one over looking at all. It is in a row of 6 with fields front and back. The view is spectacular, you can see all the way to Dorset and the Needles, and the sun sets are out of this world!

The front and back gardens are both 75ftx35ft. The kitchen is very large, easily fitting an 8 seater dining table, new units put in last November. The lounge is a nice size with an open fire. The front/master bedroom is very large, there is a second good size double and a nice size single (easily fits a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, with room to move). The bathroom and separate toilet are both downstairs. It is fully double glazed with storage heaters fitted, we have never used these as the open fire in the lounge warms the whole house nicely.

We want to move to Ramsgate, but will consider anywhere in Thanet. We will also consider Herne Bay and Whitstable. We are looking for a similar property, not too fussed about the decor side of things as long as the house is right! We are trying to move back to be near to elderly relatives who need the extra care and support we can give them. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!! We will consider multi swaps as well. Laughing
