Council flat, Large 2 Bedroom ground floor flat with balcony available, in kemp town area, on Bus route and close to shops, very close to Queens park, newly decorated through out bathroom completly re-done also new carpet has just been layed through flat. Flat has D/G and central heating through out.

Flat has communal grass/garden area to rear of property with Nice neighbours.
ONLY MOVING AS JUST FOUND OUT IM PREGNANT SO NEED AN EXTRA ROOM.
Looking for 2-3 bedroom Council House Will consider all areas except moulscoombe/whitehawk. Preferably Hangleton as would like to be closer to family but all areas considered.
