Hi, we have a 3 bedroom semi detached house in Thornton Heath, Surrey with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. A large loft, large front room with french double doors leading into a large, fully enclosed garden, which also has a lovely, raised fish pond. The front garden is paved and we have a drive big enough for an estate car. The property has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The post code is CR7 8BT.

There are shops 5 minutes away, including a post office, Co-Op and various take aways! And the doctors and chemists are 10 minutes away.

There is a large park in our road and a wood about 10 minutes walk away.

We are looking for a 3/4 bedroom house in most areas of East Sussex and also areas of Kent that are fairly close to the East Susex/Kent border.
