If your looking for a new start SE London, somewhere with tones of potential ! Then you have found it!

I have a large 3 bed victorian town house with good size garden in great location. Close to schools for all ages, 3 large commons, shops and all transport links to London and SE England including ferry's and soon the DLR. 10 mins to the London Dome and some great historical parks etc. The house is a mid terrace victorian house set over 3 levels withz 2 beds on top floor which are both fair size with the 3rd on middle floor next to bathroom and toilet. On the lower floor there is a large livingroom and good size kitchen. The whole house was updated appx 3 yrs ago (I was told) and we have begun re-decorating (neutral colours). I have just finished the large hall way which cost around 800.00 so far! The garden is set over 4 tiers which are paved with some borders. The house itself is situated in a private road wich views across London. There is a short walk to the Common where various local events are held and is a great family and walking area. If you drive then it is only a brief journey to Bluewater and Thurrock shopping area's, and in the other direction a short drive to Greenwich park, Markets and University and Dartford and Bexleyheath shopping zones. What I would like.......I need a 3 bed house with fair size garden all Essex areas considered also some parts of Kent.
