Please help us move!!

I have the ideal flat for anyone looking for that urban life style mixed with a bit of peace and quiet.

I am down a nice quiet road where most of the houses are private.

I am 5 mins walk to where you can catch any train going to all parts of london. All buses going to all parts of london. All the shops, restaurants, cafes, schools,parks etc you want.

I have the Thames a 10 min walk away where you can enjoy a nice drink in one of the many riverside pubs.

So what have i got well, i have a large 2 bed gff in a converted victorian house. It has double fronted bay windows,large rooms a 20ft kitchen and a 40ft garden (sole use). I have rtb and the council will be putting in a new kitchen, and bathroom and double glazing throughout in Jan 08. All colours have already been chosen im just waitng now for the input. Rent is £91p/w. Neighbours are great and very quiet.

I love my flat but we are in need of an extra bedroom as the family is getting bigger.

What we would like is a 3 bed in london, kent, surrey and essex we must have a garden.
