I have a very modern 1 bedroom flat on the first floor which is unfurnished but has all kitchen facilities including washing machine. Consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony (that fits two garden chairs and table) and plenty of storage space (3 spacious cupboards). Bonus cos only been lived in by me so looks virtually new, only built about 3 years ago. Close to shops, pubs, GPs, schools etc.
The reason I want to move is to find somewhere either on the ground floor or with a garden because I have a cat that I need to sometimes let out.
