Hi everyone and thanx for looking at my swap!

I have on offer a lovely 3 bed victorian town house in quiet private road close to all amenities including schools, doctors, transport links to everywhere and of course shops shops shops! Kent is just a short drive away with bluewater and thurrock or london with their great shops, Historical Greenwich has a charm of her own with its lush parks and quaint shops and markets as well as trendy coffee bars and boutiques and of course the famous Greenwich University and dome. My home is located in a private residential road (mid terrace) within walking distance of 3 commons, and several wooded areas and parks. There is at least 4 primary and secondary schools close by and the main line train station and town centre is only a few minutes away. Original sash windown and neutral decor which has recently been completed. sep bathroom and toilet, 3 good size bedrooms and a kitchen large enough to include a table and chairs. Also an easy to maintain garden which is tiered over 4 shelves with borders. No off street parking but is never a problem and we have 2 cars. together with quiet neighbours. what more could you need?

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house in or around the Essex or Kent areas but anywhere within an hour of dagenham (but not dagenham or tilbury etc,
sorry) will be considered. decor not important but a fair size garden is a must.
