We have a three bed Housing Association house in Gateshead.
Newly decorated good sized house,
2 double bedrooms, 1 single.
Upstairs fully tiled bathroom and downstairs toilet.
Driveway/Garden all paved.
Close to amenities, metro and bus routes etc.

Only 2 miles from Newcastle city centre (fab nightlife), and Metro Centre (fab shopping!)

Looking for in and around Nottingham, Lincs, Leics -
would prefer village location but all would be considered.
