All excellent facilities on hand – 30 minute walk the furthest at edge of town – a leisure centre, a beautiful flower park, children’s park and a lovely friendly sub-PO all around the corner. Local shops, doctors, dentists, a friendly library.

The house is clean and in good order though it will need your own personal touch in decorating. New fencing to the front and side, with drive way. 2 sheds – brick and wooden. New kitchen and next year bathroom.
