wgc to wgc or surrounding areas

I will consider properties in other areas, MUST have a secure garden AND be near to regular bus services or transport. NEEDS to be child friendly area as i have two young children with disabilities.
will need to be okay with animals as I have 3 cats and a small dog

on offer is my 3 bed mid terraced house in quiet location but near to all amienities. large garden and separate dining room which could be knocked through to kitchen to create a larger space as kitchen is compact. local authority housing. master bedroom is massive second bedroom is a double and third room is box room. lounge is a comfortable size. . separate bathroom and wc upstairs. this house is lovely and due to my being ill is still undergoing decoration. It is possible to adapt rooms ( if you dont mind diy ) ie. knocking walls through etc. next door have done adaptions and there house is on the market for £212,000
