have 3 bed semi detatched , driveway garage , ramp up to front door walk in shower, closet mat toilet, downstairs, have connections 4 stair lift but not one in at moment, 22 ft lounge with patio door at rear, laminate floor in all rooms. close to all ameneties shops schools buses etc. has disabled bus service at door pick up in area. looking 4 anew start, the property has full gas central heating and afitted kitchen. is in clifton nottingham. want near to skegness or within 20 miles approx.
