I have a 3 bed 1st foor maisonette (its a house on top of a house) in rushden northamptonshire NN10 it is very quiet, area close to all ameneties we have a school at the top of the street the town centre is at the other end of the street ideal location. I have a neighbour underneath me who is helpfull and a neighbour beside me (who i share the main entrance with who is a nice man in which he owns his property)! My place is quiet big and Im on the corner!
I have had new kitchen put in and bathroom/shower, toilet (separate toliet room) I have wooden flooring in the hallway and new light beige carpet running throughout! all rooms are painted cream apart from 2 (one bedroom is baby pink and cream and the other is blue and white!
I have a big communal garden with a bench and a tree which is most of the time empty! as dogs are allowed! There is a nice park 15 mins down the road it is really nice the park is closed off at night (everyone walks their dogs there as its like a mini forest but you can also have picnics on the open green and there is a childrens play area there too! Also in town which is 2 mins walk down the road you have splashes (swimming pool with flumes, fountains, jaccuzi and walk on pool. Asda is 5 mins down the road!
