HERTS TO DEVON

I'm setting up a multiswap. I have a 3 bedroom house in Letchworth Herts. I have a large but managable back garden with fuit trees. The front garden is gravel with shrubs and plants.

Inside the house is as follows

Downstairs

Living Room
Kitchen
Utility
Bathroom

Upstairs

2 Double Bedrooms
1 Single Bedroom

We are a 10 min walk from the town centre. My neighbours are lovely and I will miss them when I move. We have a golf course on the outskirt of town. In the town centre there are lots of shops and restaurants. We have a leisure centre 5 mins walk from my rd and at the other end of the rd is the outdoor swimming pool. We also have bus routes to Stevenage and Stotfold and one end of the rd and a 5 min walk away is the main bus route to the market town of Bladock. Close by are some very schools aswell.
