We have a 3 Bedroom house in a lovely village 10 miles outside of Aberystwyth town, approx 20 mins from the sea. The house is surrounded by loads of greenary and great views. The village is small and friendly and the house is situated in a cul-de-sac of 16 houses and Bungalows all well looked after with beautiful gardens.
Large kitchen/diner,
Good size lounge,
Two double bedrooms,
One Single with walk in wardrobe,
Bathroom (upstairs),
Additional toilet (downstairs),
Two Large walk in storage cupboards,
Secure Garden with patio area,
We are looking to move to the Hertfordshire area to be with family but are interested in 3 way swaps to get there. We need 3 Bedrooms with a secure garden.  |

Are you looking to move to this area? Colchester is a bit too far from Herts for us i think. But will keep thinking on it. Would you be interested in a 3 way swap.
