i have a large 3 bed semi in Dartmouth, only 4 years old and on careful occupant from start(me!). driveway for 2-3 cars with wooden swing gates and security lighting.secluded back garden with patio and shed, not over looked in any directon as im the last house in a cul-de-sac of semi-detached houses, im also the biggest and one off layout too
close to all amenities,leisure centre, schools ,woodland walks, country views and beaches nearby.
the house can be made to a 4 bed by dividing largest bedroom into 2 as both have natural windows as required by H/A

ROOM SIZES ARE:-
lounge - 17ft by 13.5ft
kitchen -16.5ft by 10.5ft
bedroom 1-12ft by 11ft
bedroom 2-16.5ft by 10.5ft(this is the room that can be split into 2 rooms)
bedroom 3- 7.5ft by 10ft
bathroom - 7ft by 8ft
garden approx 25ft by 30ft

THANKS TO ANYONE WHO HAS ENQUIRED ABOUT MY HOME BUT I AM NO LONGER LOOKING DUE TO AN UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCE I HAVE HAD TO STAY PUT FOR THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE.
