We are looking for a swap to 2 or 3 bed property in the following London areas - Ealing, Chiswick, Richmond, Kew, Twickenham, Portobello or Hampstead surrounding areas, Crouch End or more locally Marlow or Denham.
We must have a private garden and although not definately required a victorian townhouse conversion would fulfil the dream if in London.

This property has recently had a new kitchen and bathroom and is a lovely home. It has own entrance and own large front and back garden. It is an attractive ivy fronted building and the road is now largely private and sought after. The schools and area are very good. We want to be near new baby's daddy and mum's work and so we are keen to only look at the above areas as they offer good pre school and schools. There are many good country pubs, bars and restaurants nearby.

We are in no particular rush to move but are serious.
