a lovely 2 bedroom house in chumleigh

i have a 2 bedroom house in chulmleigh the 2 bedrooms are double have a large kitchen/dinin room, front room, wiv down stairs toliet and bathroom wiv electric shower only 18 months old, has everythin u need in a 2 to 5 min walk also all schools.
garden is quite small but for a ruff idea there is a 8ft trampoline in it and still has a bit of space, but there is a big green and park oppsite, very quite area even with the park opp.
had a back gate on to a car park which there is 2 spaces 2 park and u can also park at the front of the house.
