Hi, I have a large 2 bed flat in Brighton. The heating and hot water are included within the rent. No winter bills. Quiet area. Parking. Sea views.

I am looking for a property with a garden, either in Brighton or the surrounding areas.

I am willing to pay either a reward, finders fee or removal costs for the right property.
