We want ~
A large two bed bungalow or flat, must have central heating, & own garden with off road parking or garage, in a coastal or semi-rural area....NO HIGH RISE FLATS OR INNER CITY !
Any Suitable Regional Area Given Serious consideration
We have to exchange ~
a well decorated clean three bed semi detached house in Trowbridge in Wiltshire....not an area affected by flooding....we have a large mature back planted garden complete with electricity supply to brick shed, garden also has a greenhouse in situ.
Front garden with drive big enough for two vehicles.
Gas central heating, double glazing, two year old kitchen, downstairs w.c, & upstairs bathroom.
The reasons for moving are children all grown up and left home, a growing disability and a need to be nearer to family.
