What I Have To Offer : I have a nice 3 bedroom, ground floor council flat, in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's a 3 storey block and is the only block, surrounded by houses. Nice size garden at rear, and room for parking at front. Gas central heating, with double glazing. 2 nice sized double bedroom, and a smaller 3rd bedroom. Bathroom & toilet are seperate. Living room fairly large, with back door straight to garden which is fenced in with gate & a shed just outside the garden, which is locked. Tain station is a 5 min walk, and then it's 15 mins on train to city center, or 25 mins by bus. Shops within a 10 min walk. Local schools also within a 10 min walk, and local parks 10 min walk. Friendly community atmosphere.

What I'm Looking For : I am looking for a 2 / 3 bedroom council flat or house, with garden and decent sized rooms. Gas central heating and double glazing is prefered. Shops, local ammenities, and schools to be near by, with easy access to public transport. Preferably South East London, (Penge, East Dulwich, Croydon, and maybe Herne Hill, but will consider most), with a friendly community atmosphere.

The reason I want to move is for a fresh start and to be nearer to my family.

Needs to be a straight council swap.
