We currently have a lovely 4 yr old house with 2 double bedrooms located in the heart of grange park.
Our house has a large hallway, good size kitchen dinner, downstairs wc, understairs cupboard, decent size lounge- giving access to the rear garden. upstairs there is a good landing with airing cupboard, two good size bedrooms ( both large enough for a double bed etc) one with built in wardrobes. Bathroom is a fair size with bath and elec shower built over. All recently decorated, and lounge and one bedroom just (july) benn recarpeted, rest done last year.
Front has a sml front garden all laid to lawn and has side gate giving access to the good sizes enclosed rear garden. The rear garden benefits from being a corner plot and therefore larger than average. new patio area and re turfed this year. At the rear of garden is a gate giving access to the private car park.
Our home is a 2 min walk from the local school and community centre where the pre school and out of school club run daily. 5 min walk to the doctors and dentist(NHS) and local shops ( budgens,pharmacy, chinese, indian, fish and chips, hair dresser, dry cleaners, estate agents and local nursery). Locally there are half a dozen childrens play parks and a pleasent 5 min stroll to the huge country park.
The community centre has many events going on such as mums and tots, church, WI, erecise classes, scoute etc.
Grange park is serviced by a local bus service running to both Northampton and Grange Park. Also the M1 junction is a 5 min drive away.
DESPERATLY looking for a 3 bed in Roade with garden. We are desperate to move to Roade as all my husbands family are Roade born and bred and real village people and now getting elerdly. Would be willing to accept anything regardless of repair or decoration.
PLEASE SOMEONE MUST HAVE THE HOUSE WERE SO DESPERATE FOR!! |
