Needed - 3 bed within 20 miles of St Albans

I need a 3 bed house/bungalow/Maisonette/Flat with a Garden as our family will hopefully be expanding soon. Anywhere within 20 miles of St ALbans will do. We have a recently redecorated 2 bed flat, first floor in a lovely area of Hatfield just outside Welham Green. It is fully double glazed and has gas central heating. It has an outside sace out the front that anyone can use and a huge park arewa out the back. It is very close to all local ammenities and the schools and is very close to bothHatfield and Welham Green train station. We really are close to being desperate so location really is not an issue for us.
