| We have a nice 3 bedroom semi house in Carshalton approx 15 years old with 2 off road parking spaces looking for a newish 2 bedroom house in same area |

Hi there i have a large 2 bed in west croydon .. away from the main drag ...
very nice quiet road .. not on an estate
large open plan living room can be seperated into 2 rooms for an extra bedroom maybe ?
You can have a sep dining room in the utility room that looks out into the garden ...
2 car drive ...
very large main bedroom
larger than a box room for a 2nd bdroom
and a very large bathroom about to be refitted ( just waiting for an appoinment )
would you be interested?
