3 bed semi in essex want to move to north wales

i have a 3 bed semi in cul-de-sac in quiet village called latchingdon just outside maldon it has small front garden and good sized back garden and 2 parking spaces it is close to schools and shops and 24 hour garage.it had new kitchen and bathroom fitted last year. i am looking for 3 bed in north wales to be closer to family must have good sized back garden and be close to schools and shops as i dont drive
