Hi,
Please help if you can
3 bed semi-detached (end of row) house in Bulwell with driveway and small/medium garden to the back.Nice quiet part of the estate, great neighbours close to tram, buses, shops including morrisons, local chippy and pizza shop around the corner. Healthy Living Centre, nursery, infant and junior school 2 minute walk if that.
The house
Driveway to the front small boarders each side, plus side path
Back garden can be reached from the front by a side gate and path, it contains a concret area and a slightly raised grassed area with patio. Nicely fenced off with 5ft fence and trellis to back and sides and added picket type fence which you use to enter the grass area.
Down stairs
living room 14" x 11" includes a brand new electric fire and surround (fire never used put in about 3 years ago)
kitchen 17" x 8" all new units placed in about 3 years ago and extras we have put in aswell. handy extra space under the stair to place hoover and stuff, plenty big enough for a table (I have one)

Main bedroom 11" x 10"

I am after a 3 or 4 bed house in Hucknall to be closer to my family, I would prefer a house near the center of Hucknall but please ask as long as its in Hucknall |
