Very Happy 3 Bed Semi-detached house, Aylesbury, Bucks. Postcode HP19 9JN Vale of Aylesbury Housing Association.
We are looking to move out of the area due to ex partner problems. Ideally we are looking for Leicester, particularly Wigston, Oadby, Blaby, Glenn Parva areas but would consider other areas for the right property.
Older style 3 bedroom semi on edge of Aylesbury. Very close to all amenities. House backs onto large playing field. Primary, middle and secondary schools are literally two minutes walk away. Huge Tescos superstore, Homebase, PC World, etc are a five minute walk from the house. Town centre 15 mins walk. Bus stop for town 1 minute away. Medical Centre 10 mins walk away.
The house is at the end of a very quiet road. Most of the houses in the road and the surrounding roads have been bought. Only a few are still rented.
Has just had new u pvc windows and doors are just going in.
The house has just been rewired with new plugs, sockets etc and a new WC, sink and bath put in. The bathroom, toilet, heating system and fire/fireplace will be replaced by the HA by August this year and the kitchen is schedule for replacement in 2008.
The house is heated by gas to radiators, living room has a gas fire but as stated earlier, these will be updated by end of summer.
Hallway – 8ft x 7ft - Beech laminate floor with understairs storage cupboard. Front door. Door to kitchen, door to living room., stairs
Kitchen – 14ft 3” x 10ft 8 with Beech laminate floor. Units are new but basic council white units, beige worktops, spaces for cooker, fridge freezer, tumble dryer, cooker etc. Also large granite shelved larder cupboard. Two windows, back door. Plenty of room for small table and chairs too. Kitchen also has door into living room. Kitchen will be replaced with new modern style in 2008 by HA.
Living room – 21ft x 11ft – Spacious room with 8ft bay window at front and 8ft sliding patio doors at back. Room is big enough to have a dining table in if you wished. TV point, phone point. Door to hallway, door to kitchen.
Bathroom – upstairs, new white bath, sink and tiles. The bathroom is due for modernisation by HA later this year.
WC – Upstairs, new white WC suite
Bedroom 1 – 12ft 6 x 10ft 9”, hatch to loft
Bedroom 2 – 12ft 3 x 8ft 6
Bedroom 3 – 10ft x 6ft 6”
Front garden, mainly lawn with concrete path to house. There is room to easily park two cars off-road along the side of the house though you may wish to gravel or concrete that area. If the entire front was gravelled four cars could be parked off-road comfortably.
Garden looks out onto green space recreation field , nice safe area for the kids to play. Garden is approx 72 feet by 30 feet. Very generous size by today’s standards and is a blank canvas for anyone into gardening.
