STILL LOOKING DESPERATELY FOR 2 BED IN EXCHANGE FOR OUR 3 BED Anywhere considered with Garden.

large 5th floor with 2 lift`s ,3 bed flat situated in tilbury essex overlooking a beautiful memorial garden which is well looked after. there are 2 double size bedrooms and a single. average size kitchen and bathroom. very large lounge with double glazing throughout including front door. there is a large balcony which is accessed through two double glazed balcony doors. the balcony has been made child and dog proof but this can be taken down if wanted. there is also a communial garden and a free laundry room. want to move because of wifes needs. there is a lot of history surrounding tilbury. there is a train that will take you straight into london or southend. we are 15 mins drive away from the biggest shopping centre in essex (lakeside) and 30 mins drive over the water into kent shopping centre (bluewater). we are near major roads like A13 which takes you into london and also A127 (romford-southend) and A12 (great yarmouth-london). there are regular bus routes. local to asda, morrisons, sainsbury's and tesco's. we also have local parks within walking and driving distance. nature reserves and country parks only 10 mins drive. we have local shops like spar which is open from 7am to 11pm and co op. there are nursery, infant, primary and secondary schools in the area. we also have good health centre, doctors, dentists and chemists. there is a local video shop and a blockbuster 10 minutes drive. we are looking for any 2 bed property with a garden doesn't matter what size garden. just as long as our son and dog can play in it. all areas considered.
