We have a 3 bed house, Large lounge and kitchen, 1 large double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 smaller room (bigger than a box).

Double driveway and a medium sized garden, and downstairs toilet and
uptairs medium size bathroom.

We live on a close on the end of a row of house built just 5 years ago,
and apart from other houses and two maisonette buidings. It's really
quiet and friendly with a row of local shops and two parks. Also have
several schools in the area. Double Glazed and Central Heating,
Non-smoking house with no pets (but pets are allowed).

Hi Morganna ...

We have a very nice 2 bed massionette in Dulwich, SE London, which has private off road parking, secure entry systems, including main gate for vehicles. Also, we command some of the best views over London. We are situated between three mainline BR stations, so you can literally get to most London bound destinations. Good schools and amenities all around.

There is also a right to buy - value of one masionette which sold at Xmas was £290,000.
