I have a 4 bedroomed house in a small village in County Durham. It has large enclosed gardens front and back. It has a large lounge throu dining area, with a new electric fire and surround and a new combi boiler (this week). The bathroom is downstairs with seperate toilet. Upstairs are 3 large rooms and a smaller box room. It is close to all local amenities.
Im looking for a 3 bedroomed house in Lincolnshire within easy driving distance to Skegness. This is a genuine move as im in ill health and need to be back nearer to parents and family for when I receive treatment.
I will reply to all interested parties.
