Lrge 4 bed exchange for 3+anywhere (please read)

Hi there I have a large 4 bed house(3yrs old) 7miles from manchester,all beds are doubles all decor is nice and modern ,house is on three floors

The reason for wanting to move is that I have 2 children in kent who live with thier dad but they would like to live with me and my other children but Manchester is too far for them from their dad so I am looking to move as close to kent as possible,I will consider most areas further south than manchester......I have pics of my house on a web page and can send web addy if interested,This house is close to everything from schools to shops and motorway access.

I would prefere a four bed place but I know how rare they are so I would consider a good size 3 bed but NO flats or maisonettes If your not sure if you have what I might be interested in please mail me and i will def get bk to you....thanks
