3 bed semi in dunstable for 3 bed lincs or rural

hi there. i have a 3 bed semi in dunstable, (obviously). it has a lovely size garden, which is fenced, needs work, but nothing major, i'm just not the most green-fingered person in the world. (pics apon request).
it also has a front garden which is fenced, but i haven't done anything with that as we were thinking of making it into a driveway. the house has a new double glazed front door for extra security, put in last year.
Ok, room sizes. these are guesses, but i wont be far off.
Bed 1 is about 12ft x 13ft, bed 2 is about 12ft x 12ft, bed 3 is about 7ft x 11ft, kitchen is about 11ft x 8ft, bathroom is about 4ft x 12ft.
the bathroom is downstairs.
the garden is about 40ft. maybe more. the living room is about 22ft x 13ft.
the house is close to everything, and is down a cul-de-sac.
the decor isn't great, but new tenants will do their own decorating anyway. we all have our own tastes! i am doing bits to make it nicer though. there is a garage at the end of the garden, and u access this from behind the house. there is a security gate into the garages.
rent is about £91 p/wk, and council tax is £1500 ish a year.
they plan to put a new kitchen and bathroom in at some point, but haven't given me a date as yet.

I am looking for a min of 3 bed house in south lincs or rural as close as i can get to lincs.
