We have a 3 bed house in the rural coastal village of Cruden Bay. We are situated just off a quiet cul de sac. House is mid terraced in a block of 3 houses.
House has 3 double bedrooms, large lounge, good sized kitchen with room to extend if required, reasonable sized gardens front and back both fenced, Bathroom upstairs, downstairs toilet room. Plenty of storage walk in cupboards throughout. Electric storage heaters. Parking is on the cul de sac. From the bedrooms upstairs you can see the sea, Slains Castle and the local links golf course. We have excellent neighbours.
The village has an excellent Primary School and Nursery ( Port Erroll ), village has all local amenities inc Paper shop, drs, chemist, mini market, post office, library, chinese / chippy, school, golf course all within easy walking distance and we are situated on a main bus route, the Asda bus also picks up at the end of the road. Cruden Bay is approx 10 mins from peterhead and 30 mins from Aberdeen. We are not far from the Highlands. There is a green to the front of the house. For older children the local secondary school is based in Peterhead - Peterhead Academy, the school Academy bus, picks up about 100 yards away. Again is an excellent school.
We are looking for a 4 bed (preferred) in England, we are from England and need to move back asap due to my Husbands job its to be based in England, we also want to be closer to friends and family based in Kent and the Midlands. We are looking for a family home as we have 4 kids soon to be 5 and 2 dogs. In Cumbria, Northumberland, Suffolk, Dorset, somerset, Cornwall, Hampshire, but would consider most areas, would prefer a rural or semi rural house with a garden and parking.
