We are looking for a one/two bed flat, bungalow, maisonette or house with own use garden or at least a balcony. No high rise blocks or large estates.

We have a 1 bed flat in a purpose built block of 16 flats in the highly sought after area of Wandsworth Common. The very spacious bright living room overlooks the communal lawn. We have a balcony, large walk in storage area in the hall, DG, GCH and off-road parking for all residents. The flat is situated on the first floor and is accessed by both stairs and lift. We are central for everything ... 10 minutes walk from Northern Line Tube Station, 5 minutes walk from Wandsworth Common Mainline BR Station, 10 minutes walk from Balham Mainline BR Station, 4 minutes walk from very frequent buses to Clapham Junction and Central London. Clapham Junction Mainline BR Station is around 10 minutes by bus. Also very close to all shopping facilities.

Wandsworth Common is famous for being an area which has maintained it’s residential status. The property market has boomed in both Wandsworth Common and Balham over the last 3 years. An avegage 2 bedroom house is valued at £450,000. The cheapest one bedroom flat I could find was £269,000. That in itself will tell you what the area is like.

This is a Housing Association flat and comes under the Borough of Wandsworth for Council Tax (lowest in the country).

We want to move because we spend so much time working with wildlife that it costs us a fortune travelling therefore it would be far more practical to live out of London. Come on take a look at what we have to offer!!!

The flat is situated in London SW12

I have a pleasant 2 bedroomed maisonette in Bath, on the picturesque London Road.

It's on an estate, but the estate isn't large, it's BA1 postcode, Walcot.

The maisonette is upstairs, but there is a balcony.

There is a shared stairwell which needs improvement, but the community is vibrant here, just yesterday was Rinky-Dink's annual visit to the meadow across the way.

An interesting place if you are artistic.
