hi my name is natalie and i have a really nice 2 double bedroom split level flat in croydon, cr0 2us very close to croydon town centre.
it is in a converted(3 years ago) detached period house.
it has high ceilings, double glazing, sash windows in living room, modren beech effect kitchen,
large upstairs bathroom with shower, driveway for 4 cars and big garden that is shared between myself and 1 other flat,

kitchen, 7ft by 10ft
bedroom1, 10ft by 12ft
bedroom2, 11ft by 12ft
livingroom, 13ft by 12ft
bathroom, 11 1/2ft by 11ft
There are also 2 large cubards in the hallway.
