I have a 3 bed, 2 storey maisonette in a quiet part of east northampton, with parking and garden for own use, great neighbours and close to all amenaties.
Downstairs is kitchen, and lounge/diner (approx 21ft x 13ft)
Upstairs is family bathroom, 2 double bedrooms (one has walk in cupboard/wardrobe) and a single bedroom (approx 10ft x 8ft) airing cupboard and large storage/walk in cupboard.
Fully double glazed, secure entry system/intercom, 2 storage sheds.
I am looking for a 3 bed within the northamptonshire area, Rushden, kettering, Daventry, Northampton, also will consider Rugby or warwickshire areas. must have garden and close to amenaties. |
