I have a 3/4 bed double fronted semi in kettering nn15 6ax. 4 th bed separate dining room, large lounge medium kitchen can get a small table in there 2 double and 1 single b/rooms upstairs and sep loo and b/room. close to everything including wickies and tescos etc 2 good primarys and 2 good secondarys 5 mins away if you would like to no more email me on [email]chixat4@hotmail.co.uk would like to move to the other end of kettering
lounge approx 17ft x 13ft
kitchen 12ft x 8 ft approx
dining room 15 ft x 15ft approx
bed1 15ftx10ft approx
bed2 13ftx11ft approx
bed3 12ftx8ft approx can fit bunkbeds, wardrobe and drawers and toys in there
loo 7ft x 3ft approx
bathroom 10ft x 6 ft approx
massive front garden would be able to have a double drive and still have alot of front garden, medium sized back (thats not looked over) but the garden does go all the way around so the fence could be moved. large stoage cupboard in bed 2, under the stairs too and a airing cupboard and a big loft
only need a 3 bed but 4 would be nice as i has a son with adhd
i am willing to do 3 ways/multis

| HI, please ignore my own advert, I live in Cumbria, Carlisle actually. My daughter lives in Rothwell and is looking to exchange to Kettering. She has a 3 bed semi, which was newly built around 6-7 years ago, and was first to live in it. Nicely decorated, has a good size kitchen, where you have room for table and chairs. A large lounge. Downstairs loo, and upstairs bathroom/loo. Please let me know one way or another if interested or not, many thanks, Marianne |
