I have a 3 Bed House (Housing Association) in se london (kent/surrey borders - bromley/croydon). Garage, driveway & OSP, own front and *back garden (*conifer lined, with a big oak tree and backing onto woods. The front garden is rose lined). DG, GCH, 2 WCs. Local to Highstreets and all public amenities. Leafy setting. We've been the only tenants, having been there since it was first built in 1979. Now looking to downsize to a Bungalow only in the South East or possible coastal areas considered.
UPDATE: Please do not reply unless you are offering a Bungalow in the South East or possible coastal areas considered for exchange. To all those that have previously replied with 2 Bedroom offers, I am grateful for your interest and wish you all the very best in your searching.

| hello.would u be interested in a lovely 2 bed house in battersea.15 min walk from battersea park and river.paved back garden....so no gardening.non estate.double bedrooms.parking on street outside.close to all amenities and transport.central heating.housing association.shed in garden. if u are interested could you tell me your postcode please.........thank you..sarah |
