Lovely newly decorated housing association flat with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and seperate toilet, decent size living room and seperate kitchen.
The flat is on the top floor (8th) of a purpose built block in East Barnet village.
Although many people are put off by a flat being on an upper floor, the pros far outway the cons, i.e:
No noise from the street
Nobody living above, causing noise with moving around
A balcony with no other above it, providing a wonderful area to dry washing and catch the sun
Beautiful views across Barnet
Very quite neighbours on the same floor and in the flat directly below
I am looking for a 2 or three bedroom house or cottage further north of Barnet but still within Hertfordshire.
With this flat comes the option to also rent a garage in the rear car park, although if this is not required there are plenty of spaces to park.
Rent is approx £390 pcm including service charge.
The garage is a further £15 pcm.
The service charge includes external cleaning contractors, as well as all of the maintanace of the block, including such vital aspects as the central heating, electrics and general fittings.
The flats enjoy secured entry through front and rear doorways and are within 200 yards of the vilage itself, which contains many different shops, eateries and excellent transport links.
