have a 2 bed housing association first floor flat (own front door and stairs) in a small block overlooking park (nice quiet park), very quiet area, small development which is 5 years old in a cul de sac. maintained grounds and allocated parking space. only £63 a week included service charge.
ashgate area of chesterfield which is an excellent area in the very good brookfield school catchment area and close to amenities and 10 mins to town. right on doorstep of the peak district and 12 miles south of sheffield.
only looking to move due to moving with work.
need 1/2 bed flat/house within 20 miles of hatfield

I have a 2 bed ground floor flat located in west Milton Keynes ( grange farm).

Its a newly developed area (i have been here 3 years), the shops and schools are literally across the road!, there are 3 community play areas and its a really lovely and friendly area to live in. There is a local bus service that runs every 20 mins and takes you to and from the shopping centre.

Right now that i got all that out of the way let me tell you about my flat!

its a 2 bedroomed flat on the ground floor, it has a bathroom and a large galley style kitchen, the bedrooms are of reasonable size and even though there isnt a garden, there is greenery all around and a little patch just outside the living room bay windows. the property is very safe and secure, to gain entry is via the intercom system. Its a housing association property and the rent is 59.00 per week. I have my own parking space and the property is fully double glazed....it has combi boiler and gas central heating and is perfect for someone wanting to move to a nice area with everything close by. The measurements are roughly:- Bedroom 1 (12ft x9ft), Bedroom 2 (8ft x 12ft), Kitchen (15ft x 6ft), Hallway (21ft x 3ft), Bathroom (8ft x 6ft), Living room (15ft x12ft with a bay window alcove) and there is a storage space near the front door. I am searching for a 2 or 3 bedroom house, in a good area where i can park my car and not worry that the wheels are going to disappear by the next morning!!! It must have a garden and a place to park and also be near to local school, amenties etc

if you have any other questions please dont hesitate to email me
