Southampton seeking exchange to anywhere in London

i currently live in the centre of southampton in a one bedroom flat.

All of the rooms are very large the bathroom and kitchen has just this week been completeley refurnished with brand new fitted kitchen and bathroom new paint and new flooring and new tiles in both rooms.

the hallway is newly decorated with laminate flooring.The front room is spacious and newly decorated with new carpet.

The bedroom is also large and im curently in the middle of redecorating it.

There is a balcony also wth washing line etc.

Im situated directly opposite a bus stop which is a main line bus service. Im also directly opposite shops/garage/takeaways etc and within a 2 minute walk of doctors/dentist & school.

The flat is warden controlled and kept very clean and also has a security intercom access entry system which is being upgraded to a video monitor entry system later in the year
