Hi I have a 2 bed semi in a quiet area of the town. Part rural, part town. Nice quiet area with friendly neighbours.
Full details below.
Looking for anywhere - preferrably further south to me but anywhere will do!
Offerring: 2 Bed Semi Detached House on Council Estate in Rochdale. Newly decorated to a high standard of modern taste. Newly carpeted throughout in for well over £1200. Pet free and non smokers, shoes never worn in house, so carpets are expetionally clean. Gardens to front and rear.
Large lounge 14ft x 14ft
Lounge is decorated in Brown and Cream Lawrence Lywellen Bowen paper from B&Q. Very spacious. We have 3 str and 2 str, pc desk, Plasma, Coffee table etc, and still plenty of room.
Kitchen 17ft x 8ft
The kitchen is spacious too, very long. I have managed to fit a amercian fridge freezer in, and my bbq is there at the mo, so you could easily fit a small dining table in there. Kitchen has aluminium venecian blinds, which will also stay for new tenant.
1st Bedroom 17ft x 13ft
This bedroom is large and includes two storage cupboards. Fully fitted with Blinds in June this year, which will stay for whoever moves in.

Locate on a cul de sac in a quiet part of the estate. 3 min walk from local shop, hairdresser, taxi rank, tanning salon, housing office, charity shop, doctors.
10 Min bus ride to Rochdale Town centre. 5 min car ride to Train station.

There is a brand new school at the bottom of the estate about a 10 min walk away or less than 5 mins in car. Excellent exam results.

LOOKING FOR:
2/3 Bed house/flat/bungalow anywhere really. Would prefer to move near to Portsmouth, to be nearer to family, but as I say I am open to all options.
