I hav a good sized 2bed ground floor maisonette with a large garden in hertford,10min walk from main town.The property looks like a house from the outside but has bin split through the middle so only 1 other person above.I hav a new bathroom & kitchen & laminate floorin throughout.Its nicely decorated but like most places needs the odd thing or 2 doin 2 it.Im lookin 4 the same sort of property or anythin with a garden in either cheshunt,barnet or enfield,only enfield town or sorounding roads e.g willow road baker street etc also need 2 b near 2 primary schools & shops.If any1 is interested PLEEEEEEZ get in touch,need 2 move realistically by the end of the summer 2 enroll my daughter in a nursery school.
