I have a large 4 year old 2 (double) bedroom semi detached house. There is double glazing throughout and central heating, with a medium size garden (front & back), own parking, and plenty of additional off road parking. We are situated in a quiet 'offset' street which consists of 5 houses, the neighbours are friendly, and most work during the day so it is quiet during the day and much the same at night too. The house still looks brand new and has been continually maintained since it was built.

Large living room, under stairs toilet/wash room, modern functional kitchen, large hallway to front door including built in storage, upstairs (2nd) toilet and bathroom (with bath & shower), main bedroom is same size of living room, if you require exact measurments or pictures please contact me, the 2nd room is only very slightly smaller than the first. Plenty of loft space for storage.

The back garden, which has a shed and a patio has a nice lawn and flower beds and is fully enclosed with 6 foot fence panels which adds extra privacy and safety for children. Also we have installed flood lights which illuminate the gardens which are great when entertaining and having BBQs etc. The rear gate leads into the access passage.

There are lots of amenities close by: Doctors, Dentist, Family pubs, Town centre (5 minute walk), Playgroups, Schools, Fuel, Shops, Buses, A14/M11 access, All major banks, Science Park (3 minute drive), Cinema, Parks, Swimming pool, River Cam (fishing/punting)...... The list goes on !

We love our house and have been here for a happy 4 years. The main reason for our desire to move is that ideally we would like another bedroom as we plan to increase the size of our family and possibly an older building with a little character as our home was constucted in 2002 and is of a modern style... We'd prefer something a little older and a little further away from the city as the access has no benefit to us due to the fact I work out of Cambridge.... All areas in Cambridge(shire) considered providing they meet the criteria.
