| I am advertising for my friend. She has a three bedroom house in Basildon, Essex. It is a terraced house with integrated garage, downstairs toilet and hand wash basin, all double glazed with gas central heating...  Hi would your friend be interested in a ground floor maisonette in pitsea ss13 3rd close to market schools tesco etc. I have my own front and back garden and parking space one person lives above me large lounge and kitchen separate bathroom and toilet 2 double bedrooms gch, electric and gas for oven use. nice neighbours quiet neighbour hood. Would stay but need to move as 13 year old girl and 9 month old boy sleeping in the same room. if she is interested please email me on kerrydodd@blueyonder.co.uk. Many Thanks

Hi there...
I have a large 2 bedroom house in Witham, which is near Chelmsford.
My house is a new build, both bedrooms are doubles, and I have offroad parking and a garden, with shed. I am a 5 minute walk from two very good primary schools (my own daughter attends one of them).
Would this area be of interest to you?
